Leads the development and refinement of the Group ESG strategy, translating ambitions into priorities, governance structures, KPIs, and execution roadmaps. Drives ESG governance framework, reporting readiness, and coordinates sustainability initiatives across climate, energy, water, waste, sourcing, packaging, human rights, health & safety, and business conduct. Partners with various functions to embed ESG into business decisions and operations. Represents IDAK in ESG forums and builds the future ESG operating model.

Leads project streams end-to-end, ensuring project scope, alignment, deliverables, and legal requirements are met. Captures and shares learnings, serves as the main point of contact for global stakeholders, and enables successful change management. Requires a basic understanding of P&C processes, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and fluency in English.
